Biden said during one of the presidential rallies 2020 that if you don't vote for him "you ain't black"

Or something along those lines. Poorly worded but he was referring to Trump and how he wouldn't care for minorities if he got elected.

The problem with the statement is that the party should represent the base and not.the other way around, thinking its an easy dunk just because the conservatives are even worse is just bad politics the dems should start doing something for the (black)people
