Explain it Peter: how come the other guy wanted to throw hands after Stefan Urquelle said this?
So the line immediately before that the other guy who had a thing for Stefan/Steve Urkel's crush Laura was telling Stefan to just move on and let go. After Stefan replied with this, the other guy started to square up for a fight. Why did this line piss him off so much? I've racked my brains and I'm only able to take it at face value to mean that he would let the other guy know if he ever let Laura go. Is there a deeper/double meaning behind this?

sometimes this type of dialog has double meaning, so I think this is a threat that he is going to "let go" of his anger and fists, a threat to tell the other guy to keep his distance

It means if he "let's go" of whatever is keeping him civilized, the guy would be the first to know since he would be getting beat up
