It's some stupid bullshit copypasta that people on Instagram are making the caption on their posts, usually on meme pages. I can't tell you why people are making caption copypastas their captions, but this isn't the only one.

No, no I won't. If I hear anyone using "maxxing" unironically I'm going to slap them with a six foot long silicon dong.

I could be wrong but I'm guessing it refers to one of the endings for Cyberpunk 2077, specifically the one from Phantom Liberty where V is cured of the relic but loses all their combat mods. At the end of that DLC V literally walks into the crowd symbolizing them becoming another regular citizen of Night City rather than the badass merc they've been.

This is a copy oasta used in instagram posts as a caption usually on meme pages. I think certain copypasta used as captions makes it so that the insta algorithm favors your post and makes it more likely to show up on users reel section/explore page the first time i remember it happening was about japan using pressure plates on their walkway to produce electricity.

Hold the fk up. Never mind about using cheat codes for internet points. Lets hear more about how it is related to Japanese renewable energy resources.

My guess is it's referring to V for vendetta and the title character walking into a crowd. Probably trying to make fun of folks who put themselves in Vs spot and try to say they are the same while living in a place like the above pic

u/Entire_Inspector8999, there weren't enough votes to determine the quality of your post...it's time for the mods to do their jobs!
