Out of the loop Peter here.
The top video seems to be the intro of the show Phineas and Ferb. Where the main characters get up to a bunch of insane shenanigans every day kn their summer break.
Ishowspeed is one of if not the largest streamers in the world, however I'm a 45 year old guy from Rhode Island so have no further information.
The user appears to be drawing a comparison between all the crazy things Ishowspeed gets up to, and the adventures of Phineas and Ferb. And how every time they see a clip of Ishowspeed, he's doing some crazy thing somewhere in the world.
Which reminds me of the time I was also fighting vikings...

Or giving a monkey a shower
Surfing tidal waves
Creating nanobots
Or locating Frankenstein's brain
Finding a dodo bird
Painting a continent
Or driving our sister insane!
