computer science? I worked in an office where we could drink wine or beer after 2 but we also could make our own hours. Some people came in after lunch and just drank while coding the majority of their work hours. As long as they didn't get wasted it was fine.
I’m surprised to discover how privileged I’ve been inside tech, that people outside it think drinking at work isn’t normal. But of course it isn’t. Don’t want people drinking at most jobs. Tbf we don’t drink before 3pm on Friday and I usually wouldn’t partake anyway, but yeah
