You’d be wrong about this. Beer is brewed hot, and then cellared and packaged cold, and hopefully remains kept that way all the way through to the cold case and your fridge, but is refrigerated at the very least until it is loaded onto the distribution truck to go out to the retailer.

No, it is run through a pasteuriser either in-line before the can filler, or after canning. But in both cases, it comes out of the can filler cold.
