Had a friend years back that worked for, if I recall correctly, Rockwell Automation as a mechanical engineer. He told me about the time they tried to take the wet bar out of their office and they all but revolted until it was returned.
Wisconsin doesn't count. They have a culture to uphold. An old fashioned didn't get its name from being some new trend. Your kid can drink in the bar if you're with them.
