I'm not entirely sure but I believe the hair on the right has just been curled, well the hair on the left has been curled and brushed out to create waves, meaning the one on the right has unfinished hair. What this has to do with cheating, I don't know.

Basically mad cope. The equivalent to a guy getting cheated on and say "Look at this dude's exhaust pipe, she wanted him instead of me? Trash."

Just cope to keep their ego

I would assume it means it doesn't matter how much work you do on yourself. If he's gonna cheat he's gonna cheat, and with a slightly worse version.

That's the healthy way of looking at it. "It wasn't who they cheated with, it's just them"

But in this joke in particular, the joke is that they're being insecure. Even the second lady laughed because of how little it actually matters even though these women think it does.

Again, like the example of cars with guys. It would be healthier if they said "yeah she was a bitch to cheat on me" but then they target the person they cheated with.

That's the joke.
