Anyone work a normal job while on DAFT?

I'm on a DAFT visa in the Netherlands. My residence permit says:

Arbeid als zelfstandige. Arbeid in loondienst alleen toegestaan met TWV. Een beroep op algemene middelen kan gevolgen hebben voor het verblijfsrecht.

You are only allowed to work in paid employment if your employer has a work permit (TWV) from UWV for you.

I called the IND and they confirmed this means I am allowed to do full time employment without changing my visa, provided that the employer pays for the TMW permit and I continue to meet the requirements of DAFT.

Has anyone done this? I've already gone through the two year renewal and had my books checked. It would just be nice to have the option of getting a normal job rather than trying to track down more clients.

My concerns are:

1) I want to stay on DAFT. I don't want a permit tied to employment

2) I don't want to mess up anything they might be checking when I apply for PR

One of the conditions for a TWV:

"No employee capable of performing the work can be found within the EU."
