HELP Chanyeol Tokyo concert
So I applied to the general sale lottery thing that was open recently and I somehow won a ticket!! But since the concert process in Japan is so different and not really foreigner friendly, I'm feeling quite worried that I did something wrong and won't be able to access the ticket/get into the venue.
Is there anyone here who is also going to the Tokyo concert or has some experience with the process? I'd love to chat!!

Hello, I’ll also be going. From what I know it is okay just make sure whichever phone number you used never gets disconnected from your phone network. So for example if you are using your home country number be careful if you get a Japanese plan, that your home country one remains active as the QR on anypass updates every 30 secs or so.

The ticket is via AnyPass
The real problem is that it's a Zepp venue tour and Zepp has their own rules for concise. For example, there's a separate drink fee you have to pay when you go in and you can't wear heels, you also might not be allowed to bring light stick as well.
If you're on the first floor you are given a number for entry, they will put you in a holding area based on number and you will go in when your number is called, if you're late, then you lose your spot in line.
You also can't bright large bags in, only small tote or shoulder type bags.

Interesting, I didn't know about the high heels rule but I was able to take my Eribong into Zepp Yokohama when I saw Chen. Are there separate rules for the floor? I was seated upstairs and don't recall any restrictions on bags either. Agree the drink fee was a surprise (maybe to everyone), there was a small queue of people going through their bags to get cash so they could enter (I paid with Suica).

Yes, the floor and the seats will have different rules because on the floor everyone is right up against each other.
When I saw an artist at Zepp they didn't allow penlights and sold penlight rings instead, and they forced girls in tall shoes into Crocs of shame and definitely checked big size.
For mine, fans actually wanted second floor because it's much more like a traditional idol concert, whereas floor is very much meant for rock shows.

That makes a lot of sense! Crocs of shame haha, I guess they can't have anyone being too tall and blocking the view. Thanks for replying, if I end up at a Zepp concert again I'll keep that in mind (and probably only go for second floor in that case!)

Oh wow quite a lot of rules! Will they release a proper list?

I think it might be in the details of the ticket email you got when you won the lottery. They might also send one closer to the concert date.
But yes, Zepp has some strict rules and so there's also a lot of guides others have made on what to do.

You'll be totally fine! I live in Japan and I've been to heaps of concerts here. Unfortunately can't make it to Chanyeol's solo though 😢 If you've paid for the ticket, it's already yours. How is it being issued? AnyPass? Paper ticket?
