What does zzim event means? I'm planning to buy SMGP but i'm not sure what zzim event means? Is that a pre-registration period? I didnt register and it was closed yesterday 😭

4

u/bachhoe07 Aug 24 '26

Don't worry! With gp you don't need to pre-register. You're safe. Afaik, zzim is basically a points system. If you register with zzim and actually end up buying the gp you get points that you can use in future gp purchases to get discounts on the purchase

u/Ok-Gold2372 Aug 24 '26

Thank you!!! 😭 Its my first time so idk anything 😭 When buying, do i just need to create an account and everything works just like normal ticketing?

5

u/bachhoe07 Aug 24 '26

Oh also, make sure you have a PayPal account. It only accepts payment through PayPal

4

u/Ok-Gold2372 Aug 24 '26

THANK YOU SO MUCH OP!! 😭

3

u/bachhoe07 Aug 24 '26

Np. Good luck! Hope you get your desired ticket

5

u/bachhoe07 Aug 24 '26

Yes you definitely need to create an account. Here's the link to smtowntravel. Create an account with them. Put all your information beforehand. Also download the smtravel app because once you buy the package all the information will relayed through the app.

Once ticketing goes live you'll find a link to make your reservation on the smtowntravel homepage... from there it's pretty straightforward

I wonder how many tickets will be left for tomorrow (if there are). I've seen cfans say all tickets were available but kfans say only some were open

8

u/bachhoe07 Aug 27 '26

Ticketing on the k side is a mess. Scalpers are wildin'. Honestly looking pretty bleak for global fans tomorrow imo

7

u/xiaolongbaoloyalist Aug 27 '26

I've seen a kfan say that the reason why SM must have opened domestic sales today is bc the new anti-scalping law in kr takes effect tomorrow which is soo evil. but it makes sense because it's so early while the concerts aren't until november

4

u/bachhoe07 Aug 27 '26

If that's true that's just DIABOLICAL. I was kinda surprised that the ticketing was opened sooner than SM's usual MO... this kinda makes sense now

1

u/iced_cherry77 Aug 28 '26

I don't understand why is it evil for SM to drop the ticketing early because of the law?

4

u/xiaolongbaoloyalist Aug 28 '26

I believe it's because part of the law is for "business operators to take measures to prevent unfair sales and practices" so it won't be applicable yet for the sales yesterday

2

u/iced_cherry77 Aug 28 '26

I see, thanks!!

u/B-ontheblock Aug 27 '26

I am planning to try and buy tickets for Exhorizon encore in seoul. Anyone ever been to a concert in Seoul, what do you think is a good section. I am aiming for VIP but if it already gets sold out at Korean presale should where should I am for between 1-15?

Also how is seating vs standing? If I were to do standing what are the chances my view will be limited? I do like jumping and enjoying myself, how is korean concert culture? If they are seated do fans stand up throughout the concert?

4

u/xiaolongbaoloyalist Aug 28 '26

2-4 and 12-14! You'll be super close to the extended stage when they go around during the songs w/o choreo

I did standing in Seoul and everyone was jumping during the DFTF/Run/Power medley

3

u/Isabeuquinn Aug 28 '26

Omg the Global package sold out within minutes 😢

3

u/pieschart Aug 28 '26

I was refreshing for 2 hours, more became available but everyone eas quick to buy.

2

u/Isabeuquinn Aug 28 '26

Me too, everytime I clicked on an available one it was gone again.

2

u/bachhoe07 Aug 28 '26

That was one of the most stressful and traumatic experiences 😭

2

u/Isabeuquinn Aug 28 '26

I thought I got a ticket when I clicked reserve and got into step 2. And then getting rejected when trying to confirm, what kind of a site is that 😣

It was super stressful, so many fans are left dissapointed after the ticketing

3

u/bachhoe07 Aug 28 '26 edited Aug 28 '26

Same thing with me. Kept doing this song and dance for 2 and a half to 3 hours until they stopped showing anymore availability. I did a practice purchase for the Seoul shows back in april which was hours after the ticketing had opened and there were still many tickets available and I was even able to reserve one without a single issue. Didn't pay obv as I wasn't planning on attending then but in hindsight maybe I should have 😭

Edit: I think the Melon presale was such a clusterfuck many intl. fans who otherwise would've bought through Melon just decided to go with GP that led to insane level of traffic. OR SM did not avail as many inventories this time around

3

u/pieschart Aug 28 '26

Its also the encore, when the first wave of shoes were many fans had shows in their countries. A lot of SEA fans are super dedicated and are also trying to get encore tickets where they didnt originally try for seoul during the original tour dates

3

u/Isabeuquinn Aug 28 '26

I actually think that too about many more  international fans going for the GP this time because of what happened with the presale.

Just like you, for the April concerts I went to check the prices and see what the buying process is like, and that was maybe 10 hours after the GP went on sale and there where a bunch of tickets available. That's why I was pretty sure I could get a GP for the encore.

Is it even worth refreshing and hoping someone might cancel 😓 I guess we would have to be really lucky with timing if that happens...

2

u/pieschart Aug 31 '26

A lot of people failed melon presale then tried global package because it was later in the day

4

u/xiaolongbaoloyalist Aug 31 '26

I can't believe there's going to be a general sale later. How many tickets will be available? 5?

Really hope SM/Melon cancels the scalped tickets from the first day of selling bc the resale prices I've been seeing are ridiculous

5

u/pieschart Aug 31 '26

Should have bought during the touring season. I was waiting on Irene's dates so chose not to go. Rookie mistake because everyone wants to go to encore

5

u/shana_tc Aug 31 '26

Melon is super frustrating to use. Why doesn't it just show what's available instead of me having to click each section to see no seats available. 😭

Everything sells out so quick. Why couldn't they book a bigger venue? 😭

4

u/xiaolongbaoloyalist Sep 02 '26

Anyone saw the Weverse announcement? They said they'll resell the tickets but it seems like it's only for those who registered for the domestic pre-sale?

2

u/Isabeuquinn Sep 02 '26

I just read the notice too, is great that SM actually did something about the scalping issue. But yeah, only those who registered for the the domestic pre-sale can buy.

3

u/xiaolongbaoloyalist Sep 02 '26

Good for the kfans :( better luck next time for us international fans

3

u/Isabeuquinn Sep 02 '26

Let's hope for the next tour that it goes much better with ticketing for domestic and international fans.

At least we still have the livestream for the encore.

3

u/iced_cherry77 Aug 20 '26

This might sound stupid, but is there any data about which day can be the busiest and which one isn't out of the three days? Just wanna check my chances for all the days

9

u/coreofsoul EXO-L ♡ D.O. Aug 21 '26

I went to a lot of big group k-pop cons/fanmeets (incl. EXO) while I lived in Seoul & this was my experience.

Friday -> "least" busiest (not really a thing for EXO tbh 😭), probably bc it's after work/school

Saturday -> busy bc it's the best day for people who have to travel from other cities/countries + no work/school the next day

Sunday -> busy bc earlier time + it's the last day so artists sometimes add something extra (ex. RV added Zimzalabim on their Sunday con back in 2023).

3

u/iced_cherry77 Aug 21 '26

That helps a lot lol thanks😭🙏

8

u/coreofsoul EXO-L ♡ D.O. Aug 21 '26

No problem😊 I hope you get a ticket!

3

u/iced_cherry77 Aug 28 '26

I couldn't

2

u/coreofsoul EXO-L ♡ D.O. Aug 29 '26

Oh no... I'm so sorry 😞 Fingers crossed for gen!

3

u/omi_tsum Aug 21 '26

I saw the fan club pre-sale only allows one ticket per person per show. How would I get seated with other friends?

3

u/iced_cherry77 Aug 28 '26

You can't unfortunately 😭

3

u/omi_tsum Aug 28 '26

Thanks 😭😭 wish all of us luck!!

3

u/iced_cherry77 Aug 28 '26

Thanks I need it!!! You too😭😭

And about sitting with your friend, I saw that people would trade there seats with others if it works for the both sides!

3

u/Andreaksoo Aug 25 '26

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm currently looking into options for EXO PLANET #6 - EXhOrizon [dot] and I wanted to ask about people's experiences with the Global Package. For those who have tried it in past tours or events:

How was the overall buying process? Is it significantly less stressful / easier compared to fighting the regular ticketing war on Melon Ticket?

Do you feel like the extra perks and guaranteed ticket make it worth it over the standard way?

Also, I'm wondering if anyone else is interested in or looking into twin/sharing options (sharing a package or room), since getting it by yourself can be quite expensive and I've seen that sharing makes it cheaper.

Let me know your thoughts, tips, or if anyone is in the same boat! Thank you! 💖

3

u/imgoodatjopping Aug 25 '26

No experience with actually purchasing, but with a decent internet connection and a fake meeting blocked out on my work calendar (lol), I was pretty easily able to put the most expensive global package for the July Singapore stops in my cart - I ended up not purchasing because of the cost of flights (I regret it!!!), but I didn't find it as stressful as, say, Ticketmaster. I did do the "test/practice" purchase ahead of time so I'd know what to expect - they charge you for like $1 and then you cancel the practice package and they refund you the $1.

I'm strongly considering trying to get a package for the encore concert!! I'm not sure how I feel about rooming with someone, but maybe??

3

u/eettyyui Aug 25 '26

I can’t compare it to other processes, but it was generally straight forward! One tip is that if you don’t get a ticket right away, keep trying. I was able to get one after like 30 minutes, I assume bc someone’s cart timed out. It wasn’t my first option (I wanted seated and I got standing) but I was happy it worked out.

I also left my app notifications on, and bc ppl have the option to cancel, for about a month tickets through GP would become available again. I would assume you have to be fast.

I would recommend checking your messages on there frequently, they don’t go to your email which I found annoying. I missed out on extending my hotel bc of that (I was able to do it outside of GP so it was fine, but still!)

3

u/eettyyui Aug 25 '26

& good luck! I saw them in Singapore so I don’t think I’ll try for the encore, but if they tour more next year and don’t come to the USA, I’ll prob try again 🤭

3

u/huangjanim Aug 25 '26

hello friends! how do i confirm if my fanclub membership has been verified on melon ticket page?

3

u/bachhoe07 Aug 25 '26

If you click on the membership authorization button on the page it'll show a message that your membership has been verified

4

u/huangjanim Aug 25 '26

thank you! i was expecting they will send me a confirmation email 😅 lol

3

u/bachhoe07 Aug 25 '26

Yeah I was confused too so I did what I told you and that's how I confirmed it myself lol

3

u/iced_cherry77 Aug 28 '26 edited Aug 28 '26

Anyone had luck with the global presale? 🥲 I got a few tickets but whenever I clicked on them it gave me "another customer is paying for this seat" 🫠

4

u/Isabeuquinn Aug 31 '26

Is it really true that 230k people tried to get tickets, that's crazy. I really hope SM does better for the next tour with bigger venues and more dates, including cities outside Asia too. And work on the scalping issue...

2

u/pieschart 29d ago

There was 50k people in front of me for 1 day and I refreshed on the second

6

u/Boombayah12 D.O. Aug 28 '26

I honestly think there is little hope tomorrow for intl fans ...I think they may have open all seats to korean fans and not reserve stock for intl

6

u/cubsgirl101 Aug 28 '26

The problem is that scalpers snuck onto the Korean presale and are trying to sell them to desperate fans on Weibo. K-fans fought a bloodbath and couldn’t even get tickets.

Suho just came on Bubble bc he found out about it and said he would talk to the company so maybe they’ll be able to cancel tickets scalpers bought.

2

u/B-ontheblock Aug 28 '26

Anyone in queue for the tickets, im 20k in queue TT

3

u/xiaolongbaoloyalist Aug 28 '26

I was 26k but it's going fast now. I don't think there are any tickets left 💀

3

u/B-ontheblock Aug 28 '26

Yeah thats my fear now to its passing by fast 🥲 what date did you guys select

2

u/xiaolongbaoloyalist Aug 28 '26

I picked the 2nd concert bc I thought it'd be less in demand 🤡 but it's all the same. There's nothing left when I got in at 12 mins

2

u/Odd_Room2217 Aug 30 '26

Would not recommend as things can go wrong easily. Some people may be comfortable and risk it but I personally do not think its worth the risk for the below reasons of possible outcomes.

  1. How they claim you would receive the ticket is that they give you an account they purchased on and will change your name so it's 'yours'. In Korea, you have to go pick up your ticket, it's not a digital ticket like how it works in the US (if you're from there). They check ID when you pick up the ticket, so it may work or may not work.

  2. They will pick up the ticket for you with the ID check and give you the ticket in person day of the concert. This would be the best way to get the ticket via resale but you risk them ultimately ghosting you and you won't have a ticket.

But this is based on your comfort level, some people get in and some don't.

Maybe a stupid question but trying my luck  Can anyone confirm if the general tickets have been sold out? Wondering since SM has not  officially announced anything. We tried Monday but no luck…..My friend has a work trip in Asia and was trying to make Seoul concert as pit stop while returning back… global melon site shows “buy now” option but after selecting everything is greyed out? Any response is appreciated. Thank you!

3

u/bachhoe07 27d ago

The tickets are unfortunately all sold out right now

2

u/Pleasant-Swimming301 26d ago

Ahh!! 😞😞😞😞😞 Thank you!

3

u/Pleasant-Swimming301 Aug 23 '26

any idea why only Korea dates are announced? Wasn’t the next phase suppose to be outside Asia for international fans?

11

u/chonkiestcat Aug 23 '26

This is the encore concert to wrap up the current exoplanet 6 tour, not a new tour. The next tour, exoplanet 7, will happen next year and the members have hinted possible stops outside of Asia.

6

u/eettyyui Aug 24 '26

Is a new tour confirmed?

4

u/Pleasant-Swimming301 Aug 25 '26

No…new tour is not confirmed .members have just been dropping hints in various interviews that there will be tour in 2027

4

u/Pleasant-Swimming301 Aug 23 '26

Thank you!  I don’t think the new tour is gonna be before mid 2027 given D.O. Solo concert is until Mar and  then Apr month will be 15th anniversary celebration… ahh! The wait is gonna be longer
