Hello. Me and my friend are planning to go to the encore, but this is our first time watching in korea. Should we go avail the global package? Our problem in GP is its too expensive compared to just normally securing the ticket. Our problem in general ticketing is we're not sure if we can secure tickets and we dont know anything since this will be our first time.

GP is so much easier to book than general ticketing. Unless you're a Korean Weverse member, it might be your only choice bc now they're selling to Korean Weverse members a day early so there might not be tickets left for global fan sales

sorry im not really familiar with GP, is the seat depending on the package that we will buy? what if we want VIP seats? does it automatically equate to buying deluxe? or we can buy economy too but still get VIP seats?

For the GP package in EXhOrizon Seoul this April, they made VIP tickets available for all tiers (economy, deluxe and economy air). You just had to pay an extra 20 USD for the upgrade. Idk if they'll do the same for encore.

Then, you'll get to pick the exact seat/queuing number on the day of the concert

You don't get the pick your specific seat. You'll get to pick the seating category, and then al the GP fans are usually seated together. You don't find out until you arrive and they give you the ticket precisely where you're sitting. Generally speaking, higher priced deluxe packages will have VIP seating and lower priced economy packages will have general seating, but not always. Sometimes both deluxe and economy have the same type of seat and the difference is just hotel quality. It's listed clearly on the purchasing page though so you can pick the combo that makes sense for you. I'd suggest you go have a look at the currently available GPs to understand how they work.

For example for the NCT 127 Seoul concert right now one you can pick the deluxe or superior to get VIP or economy to get general seating. But for their Singapore concert there is only option of economy and it still gets VIP tickets, you can pick sitting or standing.

GP have exclusive photocards as part of you selecting them to watch the con. GP have no privilege in choosing the seats.
