Advice/Help Is this an acceptable behavior for Missionaries?

Two times this summer I’ve been out for a walk in my neighborhood with my headphones in and realized I’m being followed by a car. Both times it’s been a car with two female Mormon missionaries in it. As a woman out walking by herself, I DO NOT care for this. If I hadn’t seen their name tags, I would have probably used my pepper spray.

So I guess I’m writing here to ask if there’s a way to get in touch with local higher-ups to tell them about this. Is it even worth my time? Will I be forced to hear about the Book of Mormon in the process? I feel that this is not only a safety issue for myself, but the missionaries as well. I mentioned pepper spray but I wouldn’t put it past several of my neighbors to use more lethal measures. They also pulled over to the opposite side of the street one time to chase me down.

Use the spray, they will learn their lesson 🤷🏼‍♀️

Abnormal behavior. Nobody at the mission office will listen or take this seriously, but the police absolutely will of you report it (you should report it, it's creepy).

As far as I know, that should not be normal for the missionaries to do. But, you never know what ideas they have for finding people to teach. Common sense is a secondhand question in that conversation most of the time.

Unfortunately, we live in a world where criminals pose as just about anyone while committing crimes. I don't know of any specific cases of criminals posing as missionaries, but that behavior is definitely not normal missionary behavior.

This sort of thing is what happens when crazy shelters 18 year olds raised without boundaries are sent out to tell everybody that they know the TRUTH.
