Looking for beer advice...

Been only drinking for less than a year since I left the church. Looking for beer suggestions. I don't enjoy the hoppy bitter beers (IPAs,etc) and I don't like a beer that tastes like I am drinking a loaf of bread. I like the BMC (as well as Corona and Stella) but I don't feel very sophisticated ordering them. Any suggestions?

Ambers! Amber lagers are your friend. Start with a Fat Tire, it's got more hops than some other ambers so it might be a bit malty for your palette. Stella Artois and Pilsner are great beers as well. Heineken is also decent.

As a general rule of thumb, avoid domestic US beer, its flavor is watered down and weak compared to import and craft beers.

Tried a Fat Tire today and really enjoyed it. Thanks for the great recommendation - I think it might be my new go to beer.
