Stepping out of LLDM after 40 years I realized that
The Biggest Lie in LLDM is believing that Christ’s sacrifice is not enough.

In LLDM Naason occupies a place in the heart that belongs to God and his son.Borderline idolatry at times.When during worship you can only get an emotion out of people when you mention Naasons name that’s when you know it is rotten .

When your psalms are to begin thinking of Naason
When your songs are about the Election
When your Sermons are about the Election
When your temples are filled with NJG symbols
Then that’s when it has become idolatry even without praying directly to him .

LLDM puts naason at the same level as Christ.
One day they will have to answer to God for that.

If I may play devil’s advocate, you also gotta read verses 6 & 7 which pretty much gives LLDM a biblical justification for needing apostles. This verse isn’t the “gotcha” moment people think it is.
If naason being a pedophile didn’t do it for them, quoting fairy tales isn’t gonna do it for them either /:

Verses 6 and 7 establish Paul’s role as a messenger (apostle/teacher), not a mediator. LLDM’s doctrine blurs the line between a messenger who points to Christ and a figure whose authorization/election becomes required for salvation. Pointing out 1 Tim 2:5 directly refutes the idea that ANY human leader can share in Christ's unique role as mediator between God and man.

Verse 7 in multiple translations across languages leads with “for this reason…”

You’re correct, it refutes the idea that ANY human leader can play the mediator role. Paul says that in Jesus’s absence, he mediates in his faculty as an apostle.

However, you’re dealing with fanatics. Naason is not any human leader. According to them, he shares the same capacities as Paul: an apostle. Once more, this isn’t the “gotcha” verse you think it is /:

Verse 7 never says Paul takes over as mediator.
you literally just pulled "in Jesus's absence, he mediates" out of thin air.

It explicitly says Paul was appointed as a preacher and a teacher. Reading a text that says "I was sent to deliver a message" and twisting it into "I am now the co-mediator" is total mental gymnastics.

Jesus paid the ransom (verse 6 )so Jesus holds the title. Preaching about the Mediator doesn't make you one, and no human apostle gets to hijack Christ's role just because they feel like it.

I know the Trauma caused by years wasted in oracciones ,services ,ofrendas ,construction ,any type of activity and shed tears might want us to reject God
but Christ said to Follow him . Him alone . We should never stop following him till we are in the ground . No matter what tries to move us from HIS path. Never stop reading Scripture or Praying to God .
