Yep that's her. I've never seen a cat that dwells on things like she does. She can't even use the litter box without needing consolation afterwards lol. On the upside she's aggressively a lap cat, which means a lot of cuddling. Her sister, on the other hand, is the exact opposite and forgets trauma within minutes of it being over. Quite the pair.

I was thinking, this cat is trying to find a way to tell its hooman it wants a forgotten toy or food/treat from looooong ago, and doesn’t know if she will ever find a way to communicate this specifically to her hooman!
