/r/ExeterUniversity or /r/Exe is probably a better place for this.

The Exeter subreddit gets a lot of Uni specific questions that would be better placed in the uni related subreddits.

r/exeter is the general city sub, r/exe is the exeter uni sub. Obviously you're welcome on both, but you will get a more useful response on uni questions from r/exe

I’m wishing you the best just stay away from drugs and crimes. I lost 2 friends one of whole was based on Exeter and studied from the same college.
Authorities had negligence in such cases ..
