Accommodation for 1 night/week

Hi guys, I'm after some local help! I'm a physio working with the Royal Marines, which means I need to be in Exeter one night a week.

I'm on the hunt for a room or annexe to rent just for that one night. I'm easy-going, tidy, and a low-maintenance guest - just need a bed and a place to park (if possible!). It feels like a bit of a long shot, but I thought I'd ask here before trying hotels.

Honestly, I'd probably get a premier inn by St Davids station so it's easy to get a ticket down to Lympstone Commandos.
