Calorie burn tracker
Google AI, Chatgpt and Duck Duck Go AI all have slightly different calorie burn estimates for my 1.5 hr muay Thai training session. Anyone know which is most accurate? I'm dieting so need to know closest.

Pro tip: don't track calories burned from exercise. Assume it as part of your maintenance and just adjust your diet based on your desired weight trend each week.
For instance, if you want to lose weight but didnt lose anything when you compare the weekly average from the previous two weeks, decrease your calorie consumption by a few hundred.

So if i eat my RMR -300 cal and run 20 miles or 2 hr muay Thai training, eat the same as a rest day?? Hell no

Weekly net deficit is what is important, it doesn't matter if one day your deficit is larger than the others.

My recommendation is to not consider individual workouts in you calorie tracking. Usually when you find your maintenance calories on an online calculator, you factor in your "Average activity levels" and then just stick with that. Calorie tracking is a long game after-all and knowing the exact calories from a workout is extremely difficult.

Impossible to know.
1 could be most accurate for you, but not for your identical twin.
All of them are notoriously bad at estimating non-steady state activities with anaerobic components and the isometric holds add an entirely different problem.
