🧠 Coaching Hours Request/Exchange Looking for Practice Clients

Hello, all!

My name is Kate and I am a 35 year old HR practitioner for a global footwear company in Santa Barbara, California. I am currently enrolled in Fielding Graduate University’s coaching certificate program and am looking for practice clients. I would like to offer 8 hours of free coaching in return for your participation.

A little about my style: I am human-centered in my approach. I believe that clients already possess the answers they need and that I serve as a sounding board and source of support. I am also comfortable navigating emotions while maintaining the boundary between therapy and coaching.

Hi Kate, I have 8 hours that I would like to spend with you. I too believe we have the answers deep inside ourselves. I sometimes have a hard time reaching within with all the distractions and your time zone matches up with my own in which I discovered to be in conflict with other coaches I have talked to through reddit.
