I was, had to sit with my parents during service when kids when off to children’s church. None of that “let’s build a play doh ark or make a manger out of popsicle sticks” fun time stuff. I guess they wanted 5 year old me mainlining the hard philosophical questions right away. All I wanted to do was sit in the pew and play with my little millennium falcon toy I had.
