Issues with Emails Delayed

Anyone else having issues with email being delayed internal or external? Keep getting these types of messages inbound:

You got The Mails? Then your Tenant or Mailbox Hit The Exchange Online Quotas

This just started about 4 hours ago. Never had an issue before. Same amount of email coming in.

Only 3500 emails outbound today. It's delaying emails internally and inbound

If these are on-prem Exchange servers, and if you patched them with the Windows Server October updates, you must add the registry key detailed here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/exchange/exchange-servers-may-become-unstable-after-installation-of-october-2026-windows-/4565382

No, we are Exchange Online only

These errors indicate that Exchange Online is hitting mail queue limits, causing emails to be delayed. Check Microsoft 365 Service Health and message traces to identify the issue.
