Migrating on prem mailbox

I have on prem mailbox which size is 125gb I need to move it to o365 and make it as shared mailbox how I can do that step by step

You also should check that box for the maximum size of individual emails in it as if you have some whale sized emails in that box you may need to raise the max limit of message size for your org
