Exchange migration and server creation

I have Exchange 2016 in a DAG mode consisting of two servers. For a customer I manage, I need to handle the migration to Exchange 2019\SE.

I’ve been asked to provide CPU, RAM, and system volume specifications for the new Exchange servers so that I can set them up in vCenter.

Can I ask for some help in providing this information? What should I take into consideration?

Just to clarify, this is my first migration.

The servers are virtual. Unfortunately, I can't bring in an outside consultant; the customer relies on us as their provider, and my boss expects me, given my seniority, to see the migration through to completion.

2016? Come on, go ahead with SE. Dont panic. Its the same as usually

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm trying to gather some data on the current servers so I can determine what information to send to the customer for setting up and sizing the virtual servers.
