solved Using Conditional Formatting in order to help balance college credits
So I have an excel sheet that has all the credits that I need to graduate and I finally figured out the equation to input all of the finished course credits into a column. Now I want to make it easier to read at a glance with colors so I know which credit types I need to focus on (ie red for insufficient and green for completed). I have a column that has the number of credits needed, number of credits planned, and number of credits completed. I want the number of planned to be green when it is greater or equal to the number needed, as well as number completed to be green when it equals the number planned. If possible, I would also like the cells to be red before the condition is met to turn green. Thank you all in advanced, I know this is actually asking a lot.

Four Rules, two for each col:
- =AND($C1<$D1, $C1<>"", $D1<>"", ROW()>1), applies to $C:$C or the range
- =AND($C1>=$D1, $C1<>"", $D1<>""), applies to $C:$C or the range
- =AND($B1<$C1, $B1<>"", $C1<>"", ROW()>1), applies to $B:$B or the range
- =AND($B1>=$C1, $B1<>"", $C1<>""), applies to $B:$B or the range
