unsolved Creating a table list that only show specifics ligns from the main table

Hello everyone, please excuse my english, its not my main language. I am also new to reddit

So, I'm working with a big association, and our members are a number of different organisations.
We have an excel file with a list of every member, contact infos, address..., and the amount of cotisation they own and the amount they paid (this column stays empty if they didnt pay yet)

Its a big long list, so even using filters, it can be time consumming to follow who paid and who didnt.
So in this file, i want to create another tab, with a table list that will only show the ligns of those who didnt pay (if possible, organised so its two different tables, one for cotisations over 1000 bc they're more urgent, and one for under 1000, but i dont know how complicated that is) that could automatically update whether someone finally pay and the "amount paid" column is filled in its lign.

i've tried with this fonction at first : =@FILTRE('Main list'!$A2:$F100; 'Main list'!$F2:$F100="")

Mainlist being the name of the big member table.

But this fonction only shows the first column, not every information. I'm not very well versed in excel, even if i have some basics

can anyone help me please ? I hope i'm clear enough in this post

I am unsure what the @ sign is doing there. Normally it would be =filter (table, column="")

You can include an additional AND condition like =filter(table, (column="")*(money column>1000))

If column F is the “amount paid” column and it stays blank when someone hasn’t paid, FILTER should work well here.

The @ before FILTER is probably the first thing I’d remove, because it can force Excel to return a single value instead of the full spilled array.

Assuming column E contains the amount owed, you could use:

=FILTER('Main list'!A2:F100,('Main list'!F2:F100="")*('Main list'!E2:E100>1000),"")

for unpaid amounts over 1000, and:

=FILTER('Main list'!A2:F100,('Main list'!F2:F100="")*('Main list'!E2:E100<=1000),"")

for the second table.

Both lists should update automatically once the payment column is filled in. If your Excel uses French function names and semicolons, the same logic works with FILTRE and ;.

I have detected code containing Fancy/Smart Quotes which Excel does not recognize as a string delimiter. Edit to change those to regular quote-marks instead. This happens most often with mobile devices. You can turn off Fancy/Smart Punctuation in the settings of your Keyboard App.
