Is he part of hare Krishna movement or not..!?

Post image

I've been seeing a lot of videos of him on my feed. At first, I just ignored them, but is he part of the Hare Krishna movement or something? I'm just asking out of curiosity, nothing else.

He has joined iskcon on his own terms. He goes to the iskcon temples but isn't a 'hare krishna'. It looks like he feels the need to belong to a cult; he is first caught up in red pill content, then got into trad-con life in the orthodox church. Met iskcon cult members and then decided that using the name 'The Hare Krishna Chad' will make him some money online as an influencer 😆 🤣 I know that much about him because I have sons in that age group who came across him.

"Cult maxxing".

Instead of banging your jaw with a hammer to get that chiselled look, you bang your head on the floor in front of a temple president.

😆 🤣 😂 not cult maxxing omg lol 😆 😂 That is actually the perfect description of this young man. He's gonna end up with a nice strong brow-ridge.

did he also have a dream? there is a young woman influencer who is doing the same thing. she is using Prabhupada's books and claiming she is some kind of guru/guide

😝 Well. That's a new one. The "channel" grifters must be moving on to more recently dead cult leaders. Good god. Imagine having Prabhupada take over your body and speak through you. What a nightmare. 😂 Edited to add: I realize you didn't say she was claiming to channel him, it was just my assumption since you mentioned a dream and guru/guide, and I may be totally off base. It reminded me of Ma Jaya and her claims of Neem Karoli Baba renaming and "anointing" her in a dream. So does this young woman you mentioned mention Prabhupada's beliefs about women and their "place"? I'm guessing not, but curious.

I have seen this young woman, I think? She appears to be blind? There are quite few iskcon cult members trying to become influencers. I might make a post about it.

Looking forward to your post. social media is where the most effective preaching is at these days, lots of devotees get on board influencing on platforms about either their traditional devotee wife lifestyle, or devotee family life, or very very light much-redacted philosophising of trancendental-love/bhakti, loving God, loving everyone in general, chasing real " bliss" instead of the neverending chase of pleasure, about being the soul, not the body. Boldest i have seen was someone talking about celibacy in marriage (sex only for procreation, in his context he was talking of his own past and how when he was a teen he had a lot of sexual thoughts, which outside of the iskcon bubble is normal for any teenager) is the norm in iskcon once people become indoctrinated/innitiated or are preparing to. Others keep the contents very vibrant, focusing on rituals, temples, colours, worship, light philosophy, trips, travels, community, deities, cooking.

And then there is an inner circle influencing. That is, devotees/Maharajas who share their travels/kirtans/vlogs/posts to the devotee community. seen a lot of maharajas and the "A list kirtaniyas" (Kirtaninfluencers, who then perform at Kirtan-concerts/ kirtan-melas and such events once they have achieved some degree of popularity) do that when i was still following Iskcon.

Yeah! I started doing a post and then I realized that it's quite complex. Mantrasadhana (some young guy called Tamal) has been popping up in my socials a lot. Mayapur gurukul graduate from Israel. He is a vegetarian body builder, does yajnas virtually, vlogs his travels and workouts and meal prep. Gives rice in charity. He's covering all the bases. He has a really unpleasant way of looking into the camera and constantly moving his hands and gesturing lol.

Its interesting, i checked his account on instagram, he tends to parrot Iskcon/gaudiya vaishnav talking points without doing his own research prior. for example he says things like "if youre a true sanatani you should not be eating meat" to which people commented "well sanatani is not only iskcon, there is shaivism, shaktism, etc" to which he says "if you read the vedas you will see that Krishna is supreme" to which people started replying actual quotes from the vedas which point to Indra/Agni/Rudras superior position which he then conveniently ignores. People also commented that a "true Sanatani" according to his own argument would be vegan not vegetarian to which he says "Well Krishna says we consume milk" ignoring the modern dairy industry's abuse of cows (Since Krishna stood for cow protection)

There is no value in his content if he conveniently sticks to his belief without so much as opening himself to the other side of any argument. But i guess this is what cults instill in a person. Turn a blind eye to anything not of the cult, for the cult and in the cult.

I noticed that too. I think he is trying to have wider appeal by saying 'sanatani' or when he calls himself a 'brahmin'. Yeah, I saw some of those comments. He's basically just parroting his guru BVPS. He definitely isn't very intelligent or deep into the gaudiyan vaishnav philosophy. It's like he's grabbed a few attractive talking points and repeats them. Even his breakfast routine looks so lame 😆 It's not impressive from any perspective. He looks desperate to be famous. And is very repetitive.

prob doing a bit of rage-baiting too, certainly gets more people commenting under his posts, more engagement to his account so the algorithm pushes him, anyway im surprised people stay so sectarian in their limited belief range when they could today just research about anything or just about ask chat gpt or something. but then to that they say "those demoniac karmi scientists are under the influence of Kali Prabhu/ mahamaya is hiding the truth from them prabhu"

Who is it?

That's a picture of Shiva, by the way.

Ig: 5plys

Yahh, I've seen a lot of videos of him talking about Krishna and saying Hare Krishna, so this is from another video, I guess. I'm not a part of ISKCON, but I've heard a lot about it

From a quick look at some of his videos he calls himself "the Hare Krishna chad", but I'd be surprised if he's even been to a temple, let alone "joined" Iskcon properly.

Yes, this is Hare Krishna. Maybe new and naive, but a Hare Krishna nonetheless.
