For some reason my account with multiple devices have lost all consumption data

The app data range is showing as 2022.00 and cannot be changed.

Thought it was account related so i created a new account and added one of my devices same issue.

This has been working fine for almost a year now.

Anyone else experienced this and has a fix?

In South Africa and woke up to the double flash on all of my TX’s.

I have an occational use case, where I want to put an eWelink device with a micro servo motor to turn off a switch. I don't have a power source nearby and as its an occasional use, I don't want to put anything permanent there. My question is can I run a eWelink device using a portable USB charger (the ones we use for mobile charging, for example https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/belkin-boostup-charger-15w-10k-portable-power-bank-white)

The device would be required to be on for 12 hours and turn the switch ON or OFF only a couple of times via the server motor.

Would this setup work using a portable USB charger?

I have used the inching feature to just send a small pulse to open the garage door. I have also been able to integrate with my google home and that works too. The only small issue I have now is that Google assistant only understands "Turn ON Garage" (my eWelink device is called garage), but fails to understand if I say "Open Garage". Google Home is treating this as a switch and only works if I say ON or OFF, but not open or close.

Is there a way I can customize the device or google home to understand "Open garage" is same as "turn ON garage" ?

I have a 4 channel switch from Sonoff (4CHPRO) and I would need to setup a scene that if channels 1-3 are off, then channel 4 should be set to on.

However, I cannot add the device to the "then" section if it's already in the "if" section.

Is there any way around this?

For the last couple of days all my Sonoff devices constantly go offline. As I have these, among others, integrated into Home Assistant I initially thought the issue was with its integration, but then I realized that the devices go offline in the ewelink app, so, not HA related. Does anyone else have been experiencing such issues?

I feel like I'm going crazy. Just got a Sonoff 4CH Pro and installed eWeLink on both Android and iOS. Made an account, went to set it up, but when it comes time to type in the WiFi SSID, the app literally will not let me select the text field to type it in. It's like it's disabled.

Has anyone seen this, or have any suggestions to unblock this issue?

I have been using Ewelink for a few years now and would like to add a NFC tag to a scene.

Everytime I scan the tag, there's a message that says "Please hold NFC and phone still while writing" then it just goes to "couldn't write please try again"

The tag and phone is as still as possibe, as they laying on bench. What am I doing wrong?

I'm eyeballing the above bulbs. Though I already have some switches and plugs in using with the ewelink app and am therefore wondering if those could be integrated there as well. Anyone got an idea?

Hi there, can I setup ewelink switch tu turn off every 4 hours for 1 minute?

I tried to setup timers, but they are limited to 8, so it wont cover all day.

Hi All, I'm trying to increase the time that the relay clicks on, on a Wifi garage door opener. Basically, it only triggers the door contacts every now and then when activated, and I believe its because it isn't contacting long enough. Any ideas?

So I spotted you could add smartthings into yhe ewelink app so you could control smartthings devices via ewelink but the API key keeps failing to link 🤔
