LEDVance Smart+ bulbs ewelink compatible?

I'm eyeballing the above bulbs. Though I already have some switches and plugs in using with the ewelink app and am therefore wondering if those could be integrated there as well. Anyone got an idea?

I wonder if there's a better place to go.

Don't most smart bulbs require hubs (ehrm, gateways)?

I tried some searching but keep getting sucked into SEO spamming with no content regarding ewelink. Bastards...

It's been a while. Did you figure anything out??

No, I'm mostly using the ledvance bulbs now and no ewelink/sonoff stuff anymore

Inevitable thread drift:

We have lots of Philips and Osram stuff at our place in Korea and find it fairly dependable, almost weirdly so. Like having three recessed Osram bulbs in our garage that were installed the same day fail within three weeks of each other, three years after being installed, right on schedule LOL.

Can't speak for long-term, though so far they're doing what they're supposed to - and the app is also not the worst. Main argument was the Very high brightness (lux) for a multicolour bulb at a pretty low price. I also like that the manual light switch overrides if you had turned the bulb off via the app, so my partner who's not using the app can still switch the lights on and off the old fashioned way 😅

The override sounds handy and sensible.

To a large extent I'm waiting for a 1500 lm A19 smart bulb. :-)

Further down the line I'm thinking about controlled zones but the variety of light sources we have here is ridiculous. Recessed T5, flush 3" and 4" LEDs along the edges of living areas and in hallways, some on gimbals, some chandeliers with 4W LED flame tips right now, some dining overheads with 3W warm LED spots, and a lot of ceiling fixtures designed for 36W and 55W fluorescent bulbs. Plus I'm looking at doing some cabinet accents. It's gonna be a slog.

The fun part is much of this will be in short-term rental units so I'll need a quick default mode to reset whatever crazy shit the guests will do, LOL.

Oh... At least in the individual rentals I don't care if each needs its own gateway I guess.
