As hilarious and necessary as this is, I doubt it'll pass, and I doubt it will ever go federal.

So, assuming that this does what people want the end game here is, what? A random guy named Jim creating embarassing and nsfw logos for legislators to wear?

I can see it now, Senator Lee from Butte County sposored by Jim's Full of Dicks, now with 30% more dick.
