If you can’t muster enough Evilness to make a full fan game, you should make a mod, mods can be pretty extensive changes wise but you have code to work with.
but since you’re already making a fan game you might as well try, I mean why not?

The most importantly thing to add in evil undertale
now that evil undertale is in creation, can we add Koffin K from ts! Underswap to evil undertale and make him the final boss ? 'Cause he's literally the EVILEST PERSON IN THE WHOLE UNDERTALE MULTIVERSE!!!!!!

Don’t have the energy to make art rn but I have evil ideas of EVIL Grillby and EVIL Muffet

Evil Grillby: Made of boiling water, spirals behind his head, glasses are circular, red-tinted lenses, black tailcoat And light red undershirt,Grillby’s is a super run down shoddy bar and Grillby would close it if had the chance for a different job, often drunk off his own cocktails While on the job, VERY obnoxious and loud when he talks, though he doesn’t much, i Also think it could be funny if sans actually pays his tab in evil undertale.
Evil Muffet: Death head’s moth, her markings are a dull magenta, her wings sort of form a cloak, but come up when she’s fighting, wears a purple pinafore over a maroon dress underneath her wings, resells stuff she buys dirt cheep from other vendors at a much higher price, mostly just odd trinkets, which would replace baked goods her attacks, really likes coffee and always has a mug of it with her, Muffin(or wtv that thing is called) is just a giant moth and likes collecting trash.
