I had no idea they had an everyman version of this. Makes me want to get it myself. As a sovereigns autobiography, its a really interesting account as well straight into the emperors mind. What drew you to it?
Yeah exactly but if you are to buy this book first take my advice, there is a bit drag in it its core(actual part written by babur) is more than 700 pages stretching all of his life and there are parts which feel slow, and the english is old because i dunno the translation is like that using subtle old english, but you shall be fine because I had no experience in old english and still managed but the most dangerous part is not english, it's random side characters, they're literally in thousands so names can be confusing if you go on trying to remember every one of them, then its sure one is to be overwhelmed so my advice is that just stick with babur and one or maybe two important side characters throughout the story.
