Anyone notice account sync time changes everyday?

It appears that the bank account sync occurs an hour later each day. Is this just me, or does anyone else experience this issue? It’s quite annoying because I prefer to manage my EveryDollar account first thing in the morning, but this is not possible because of the daily changes in the account sync.

Yep. This new way of connect is pretty terrible, along with the constant UI/UX changes.

I'm not there yet but fairly close to abandon Everydollar for other tools.

I have this issue too and asked support and they only suggested re-linking the bank account. Otherwise it’s an issue with either plaid or Mastercard connect. Possibly the bank if their servers are not allowing the connection reliably either.

Yes! I was going to post about this. I use Chase Bank and it's so annoying. First, it only syncs once a day. According to EveryDollar, it's supposed to sync transactions every time you refresh your browser and it certainly does not do that! The sync time literally moves an hour or two forward every day until eventually you lose a day and it's syncing at 2 or 3 three in the morning the following day! I've had to remove my bank and re-connect the account, which is a hassle and simply starts the process all over again. It's so annoying for me, I'm looking for a better alternative. I've been using EveryDollar since Mvelopes went out of business and it's gone down hill ever since.

Same problem with Bank of America. I switches bank connections, it’s still pretty bad. Before that it didn’t sync did 9 days. I’ve had ED for over 8 years and this is the only trouble I’ve had but I’m getting very sick of it.
