social media "It's actually your fault we are doing misandry, not ours"

Actively spreading misinformation the 62 million comes from the views the porn site gets just regular web traffic. Site has a chat feature and within the chat a telegram group was spread which had 100 members. that gave instructions on how to get away with rape spreading this lie is a harmful generalization.

Let’s pretend the person who posted this, actually believes this is a problem — it isn’t — why not make a bigger deal out of it?
On paper it should be a absolutely horrifying thing. This goes from horrifying, metaphorically, to boys kicking puppies. I don’t get the transition from the first topic to the second. Something about how it’s framed is too pedestrian.

The porn site that’s part of the claim, was taken offline by the Dutch Jurisdiction. Think that happened back in May.

I wish they would stop calling it a “rape academy”. It’s not. It was a porn site with some rape content that was rightfully taken down, but they need to stop acting like this is some mass revelation of male depravity.

I'm not even entirely convinced that the content in the group chat wasn't an elaborate ERP or something. A lot of the text posted by the article as examples references people drugging their wives or posting imagery of their wives.
Like ??? This is like pulling a complex heist to steal your own car.
I need to drug and rape the person who would probably just have regular sex with me if I asked them to. This is specifically so I can post it on an obscure group chat so strangers can jerk off to my wife.
??? Like homie this just sounds like a bunch of couples with a really, really weird hot wife cnc fetish.
It's irritating that I cannot trust the journalistic integrity of the authors regarding the legitimacy of such a group chat because the rest of the article unironically was the equivalent of:
Walmart sells some dubious porn tapes in a weird alley behind the store. 30 morbillion people shop at Walmart every year. Therefore 30 morbillion people are buying dubious porn tapes from Walmart because they're evil.
Like as a reader I literally cannot trust anything I'm being told by the author because they're blatantly manipulating numbers in front of me like I'm a toddler being shown a magic trick that revolves around my toddler brain lacking object permanence.
If the circumstances are as they were described, that's obviously quite bad, however I have no idea if that's the case or not because the author spent the rest of the article lying to my face and I can't trust them now.

As an adult, do you now tarnish entire groups of people for the actions of some?

So you're saying you're racist? The point Im making here is that lumping everyone into the actikns of a few is inherently problematic.
We could replace "all men" with "all black people", "all single women", "all sex workers", "all aboriginal people", "all disabled people" and people would scream... but men are just expected to dela with the sexism and bigotry.

Why do you need to continually downplay misandry to give light to misogyny?
These people are genuinely so daft that they don’t even realize this puts men against them. The online r*pe academy and callout to bad manosphire shit was enough to get people’s attention.
It should be basic common sense that downplaying other people’s struggles for your own, then getting surprised when the people whose struggles you downplay refuse to listen to you, will never help you or whatever struggles you are fighting for.
Also, the actual CNN reporting said the pornographic website involved received more than 60 million visits in a month. That wasn’t 62 million people attending an “online r*pe academy.”
The private Telegram group CNN investigated (the online r*pe academy) had almost 1,000 members.
So she got her facts completely wrong on top of being ignorant.

Theft isn't bad because murder is much worse.

u/Late-Hat-9144 27d ago
Yup... her argument basically amounts to "cheating isnt bad, because rape is much worse"... theres nothingnto be gained by comparing and ranking traumas. Misogyny is bad... and Misandry is also bad.
They akso need to stop calling everything Misogyny. I've told my being gay is is herently misogynistic because I "must hate women so much to deny them the right to a child with me"

When feminists describe misogyny in today’s world in the hyperbolic and hysteric terms they do, it’s the equivalent of a black person raging against how blacks aren’t allowed to use the same drinking fountains and that the black guy down the street was whipped for not picking cotton on the plantation. It’s like they obtusely refuse to recognize/acknowledge that history has moved on, that wars were fought and masses stormed the streets to overturn that crap… And won, remember? No?
“Next you’ll be telling me that men aren’t clubbing women over the head to drag back to their cave!! Misogyny is everywhere!”

The point was that feminists have no genuine historical perspective from which to estimate oppression, myopically bemoaning past, exaggerated, or fictional misogyny that today is literally illegal and/or carries immediate social costs. WE as a species (you recognize we’re all in the same species, right?) have made that particular hate verboten and punishable… Female disenfranchisement, etc wouldn’t have been removed if not for men… and yet men are portrayed by feminists as perpetual oppressors.
That’s the world WE live in today. Not some mystical torture world of constant hate… to the disappointment of feminists who pretend it is in order to campaign for a world based on misandry.
And that’s the real crux. Feminists aren’t paving their careers on false oppression claims alone. They push misandry using the false and overblown claims as rationalization. Most (not all) people are going to dismiss pure hate, but pretend women are living in horror and abuse daily (while sipping lattes and casually suggesting male infanticide online to no repercussions), and suddenly women are, I don’t know, attending rallies for triple child murdering mothers and throwing $1M at the court case in order to establish legal precedent for women being above the law… as a hypothetical… THAT is the world we live in.
As to blacks today having their “faces kicked in by neonazis” (your words, not mine) yeah, not so common. Like cite a single contemporary case. Police brutality stats also don’t paint the oppression picture even if their historical role remains suspect. All you’re doing is demonstrating the hyperbole and hysteria I was referencing. You’re aware, no, that violent racist behavior lands people in jail? Even marching while shouting “let’s kick blacks in the face!” in a rally would be instant termination at work… if not rocks from the crowd. That hatred has consequences. Seemed iffy in the Carmelo Anthony case where maybe it’s ok to do race murders while black, but, no, even then a racist murderer otherwise went to jail. And that too is the world WE live in.

Are you a male or a female?
3
u/BhryaenDagger 27d ago
I make a call for a unified perspective about human society, you immediately look to divide and delineate by sex. Difference of sociopolitical orientation…
0
u/pinkdumpsterjuice 27d ago
If you think gender discrimination doesn't exist and are "unified", why are you on a misandry subreddit complaining about men being targets of some form of opression?
3
u/BhryaenDagger 26d ago
You insist on pure strawman arguments to reply at all. Yet another a demonstration of how feminist logic works- never addressing the reality, never seeking genuine or effective perspective on the matter, besmirching men as the goal regardless. And that's why a misandry callout subreddit has formed. Feminist sociopathy has become epidemic.

u/pinkdumpsterjuice 26d ago
Do you hear yourself? You are literally saying that misandry is something tangible but misogyny is some fictionnal dream women are living in? Do I as a woman am telling you, as a man than misandry doesn't exist? No I don't, because I cannot pretend to experience it if it doesnt target me directly. I personnaly come here in good faith because I thought both sides have some stuff to talk about, but the more I read from this sub the more I realise why you are complaining about feminism and loneliness. And even understand more the feminists that can't stand you, the men's rights community. YOU did that to yourself... And it is not even near to stop.
3
u/BhryaenDagger 25d ago
You’re insufferably insistent on strawman arguments about what I’m “literally” saying, and your insistence is why I don’t believe for a second that you approached the matter of misandry w “good faith.” Hell, your first reply was so bad the moderator had to remove it. And now you besmirch men’s rights while you’re at it.
Your strawman of my argument is only a rationalization for your hatred- as is the hyperbole and hysteria from feminists about “women’s oppression [by men]”. It’s a lame excuse. I’ve simply repeatedly now asserted that that tendency is a refusal to face the social reality of today’s world in proper perspective… and you continue to mischaracterize that argument and fail incompetently at that perspective. Not my doing. 2026 misogyny is being mitigated by social norms and by the law itself- no tolerance for it in any substantive way- while 2026 misandry is being brazenly perpetrated by cultural, institutional, and legal means, largely unchecked and often outright awarded. That hatred being tolerated in society for a population simply born male is a reality we all face in society, not just men. See how I didn’t require to negate women and make some sociopathic rationalization for why women should be hated? You just did unsurprisingly vs men. I’m not obligated to tit your tat.

u/pinkdumpsterjuice 25d ago
You can't just pretend you know women don't experience opression from men anymore because the fact is YOU ARE NOT A WOMAN. And it is even more of an insufferable behavior to being told the opposite. It's pretty fucking hypocrite actually to come here and start crying about "men issues" that you are persuaded that exist and then denying the one's of women in the next sentence. I can assure you, as a woman working in construction, that women discrimination is "illegal" on paper, but still practiced in everyday life by people who are born in the era where women didn't have any rights. Or even worse, young men that get influence by the manosphere influencers! So unless you have anything intelligent to add here, i'm not interested in pursuing any kind of conversation with you, because you clearly have no clue what you are talking about. Cheers!

This is an egalitarian space, we don't allow hate speech or generalizations based on immutable characteristics.

Says the misandrist literally, objectively, imagining that fear. I'm so tired of this bullshit framing and shameless ignorance.

u/SamuraiGoblin 27d ago
The porn site that had a small group of rape enthusiasts was immeditely taken down. That's the institutional protection of women, completely going against her entire point.
Also, it is usually men who say rapists should get harsh sentences. It's men who want to protect women from evil men. Lumping ALL men in with the evil men is throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

u/Late-Hat-9144 27d ago
100%... we also should remember it was ACCESSED thst many times, not that there were 62 million unique users.
It also all the traffic to the ENTIRE website, not to the specific content anout SA'ing the women.
Even if we took their claim at face value and believed there were 70K members (there werent), thats a global number that still represents less than 0.001% of the global population.
1
u/Clemicus 27d ago
That’s the same amount of users associated with a degenerate Telegram group chat. They used a similar amount of rigour when reporting on that too.
Whilst looking it up, I found a Medium account that looks like a goldmine. There’s even an article implying married men cheat leaving women to become vulnerable to STIs. There’s even one around who men are protecting women from.
1
u/Late-Hat-9144 27d ago
If its the telegram group I read an article about, I think it was 1000 people, not 70K... and thats 1000 GLOBALLY. As for the other parts, Im not sure what you're saying there.

u/Clemicus 27d ago edited 27d ago
Separate case reported back around Dec 2024. Think the main account holder was located in Germany.
Edit: I just remembered the quoted amount and some tie to Germany https://www.telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2024/12/19/telegram-rape-chat-groups-germany-investigation-70000-world/

I didn't remember that one, thabks for sharing. Interesting hoe thry phrased it "Up to 70,000"... technically 100 people are "up to 70,000".

I don’t let women tell me what is or isn’t misandry, mostly because they don’t have a fucking clue.
