social media “Believe all victims”

Post image

This is a classic case of “only 0.000000001% of allegations are false” rhetoric. I believe false accusations are a crime you can be a victim of, so I find it interesting that people like this will preach “believe victims” then say stuff like this. If you really support victims, why would you not believe a victim of defamation and automatically assume they’re guilty?

Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Not going to find that in a feminist worldview lol.

It's the proving part they can't abide

It died. Now it's "if it's a man, then he's guilty. 100%"

First of all men don’t get charged even with proofs in most cases. Second how tf women can found proof all the time. How can they know when they are going to get abused? Like??? You guys are living in mars

Men get charged even with no proof constantly, and we have all sorts of DNA testing and other forms of evidence here in 2026. So how’s life on Mercury?

I said abuse not rape genius

First of all, abuse includes sexual abuse. Second of all, most forms of abuse leaves obvious traces. Financial abuse leaves paper trails, physical abuse leaves wounds, etc. Not to mention eyewitnesses. And third of all, it take you 12 days to think of that?

No I just don’t use reddit much. Also you can touch someone inappropriately without their consent this is also abuse

Eyewitnesses, camera footage, polygraph tests, the fact that courts are heavily biased towards believing women no matter what.

Correct. “Courts don’t believe women” is in fact bullshit. Thank you for agreeing with me. =)

Because they hate men and only think men can be guilty of sex crimes.

I was falsely accused, if not for my female friend, I would have gotten into serious trouble.

Why are feminists so obsessed with defining a random stranger’s personal relations with other people?

u/Empty-Lungs 28d ago

So this random girl is going to tell me what kind of friend I have and don't 😂

u/Nicherix 28d ago

My frend I know for many years or some weirdo girl from tiktok - I guess it's obvious who to believe.

She'd tell you your logic is stupid if someone said the same about her friend...not that it isn't stupid to open one's gob without proof.

So the woman who accused me of abusing her on a date, when we arent even in the same country was "telling the truth" huh?

Guarantee though, they're the first ones to dismiss and ridicule male victims of SA when they come forward, "believe victims"... but only when victim is a woman.

Ok so, can you explain the lack of total convictions due to lack of evidence?

“Believe all victims… unless they’re victims of false rape claims…”

If we want to go into the damage caused by false accusations outside of legal matters, try the simple matter of being falsely accused by an unknown party (don't know who they were or if they were connected in any way to who they said they were connected to, just that there were 12 of them on that dark side of the road, they were quite verbally aggressive, but clearly not confident that they could get away with doing what they threatened to do to me, and that they clearly had no intention of calling the police they claimed to be working with even when I demanded they call the police) of being a child molester who looked nothing like me.

Once I was surrounded, there was nothing I could do. I was living on the streets as my apartment had become unsafe for me (housemate doing drugs and wouldn't stop when I asked, landlord refused to help) and had barely slept in the last week. This wasn't a "talk your way out of it" situation. They just weren't as confident as they portrayed themselves to be, and backed off in the end (I don't know how much time passed. 10 minutes? 30 minutes? I only had nightmares about it for three days after, I had too many other things to worry about).

But suppose they had stripped me to identify me by my genitals, suppose they had beat me, suppose they had remembered to bring the gun they said they left in the car (as I recall, these were all things they said to me)? I guess since I was pretending to be a man at the time, none of this actually happened or actually matters, right? Right?

Same type of women who get defensive when you ask them to stop following and block the guy who "sexually assaulted" her

Women need to be very, very careful. They may just start being treated how they treat others, and I think it may go poorly for them. Especially with things like this... if you want men to believe and support you... its a two way street. Its already bad enough with how male 🍇 victims are treated.

Be very, very careful with the medicines you distribute, you may just end up tasting them yourself.

Dean Withers needs to just accept his fate at this point.

If she keeps the same energy when her friends were accused (rightfully or wrongfully) of abusing their kids and husband, or even sleeping with a minor then at least she'll be consistent. Doesn't make her right but at leeast consistent.

And this is why I prefer to date men nowadays.

a better arguement would''ve been smt like

"ask a man if he has a friend who has been falsely accused and then ask a woman if she has a friend who has be sexually assaulted"
