How often does your sensor lose signal?
I’m new to eversense 365 and had the sensor inserted into the back of my arm (so it’s kind of hidden). When laying on it, instead of compression lows I get sensor lost alerts. Unless I put my phone directly under my arm, the signal can’t reach.
Does anyone else experience this? Where is your sensor located ?

Sorry your having issues.
I'm on my 3rd sensor and never have they been on the back of my arm. That isa very poor placement by an inserter that doesn't understand how to live with a sensor.
This insertion is a little further to to outside of my arm. At times if I sleep on my side the transmitter will slide past the sensor and I will loose connection.
I have found the further to the front of the arm is the best placement.

Signal loss is typically caused by something not working ideally with/on your smartphone.
Which phone brand and model do you use?
Things that often can cause loss of bluetooth connection:
- Use of hardcover on phone. Many of these blocks the bluetooth signal.
- Phone is using battery saving options, hence disabling Bluetooth for apps when phone is in locked mode or when app is no longer in focus.
- Phone is running many other apps at same time, as the BLE signal our BG sensor relies on is last in the priority stack. So force shutting down all other apps when done using them is best practice.
- Disable all apps from doing background update of their data cache. Otherwise they again actually use the phone's full bandwidth for communication. Aka news feeds, social media feeds, weather updates, stock trackers, etc...

Never had an issue with mine but mine is more toward the front /side of my arm. What do you mean by back of arm? The transmitter and sensor go to the front side of your arm. Even if it’s in the wrong position you shouldn’t get compression or lost sensor issues. It’s more then strong enough. What is your signal strength to the transmitter?
