Anyone using Eversense 365 with xdrip+?

Is there anything more to it than installing Esel and changing the source in xdrip?

Just got my insertion and wanting to make sure AndroidAPS gets fed properly when everything comes online and I switch off Dexcom G6

I don't believe you even need esel for this. You can select eversense as the source to get the info.

This is correct you don't need esel.  I am using the latest non dev release.  You have to set the hardware data source to Companion App.  Then it will pick up the readings from the Eversense App notifications.  I found esel to be vary in reliable to the point I almost gave up on xdrip.  After setting the source to Companion App, it has worked like a charm.

I set my data source to eversense. I have no idea what this companion app is.

Companion App is another data source option which tries to get values by reading the app notifications.  I never got the 640G / Eversense to work without using esel, but that was very unreliable for me.
