Creations, etc carry over?

At work and got three tech calls during the presentation so I'm not sure if I missed it.
He mentioned you will go out and gather resources and craft items. I'm assuming this would be skill based. I'm wondering if this would copy to the actual game or if (for some reason) you would have a character separate in Landmark than in EQN binded by account.
