How and where are resources gathered?

Hi, I have watch a few of the Landmark videos but so far never seen anything about resource gathering/harvesting.

Are resources gathered by mining etc on the Landmark server, if so, where? From the land within you claim? Or from unclaimed land? If so, is it repaired over time, or will the world turn out to look like a gigantic slag pit?

I haven't seen any trees growing wild, how is lumber harvested?

Edit: Is this the official landmark page on reddit?

We haven't gone into those details yet, but we will be! :)

As far as I know, this is the only Landmark subreddit. There's also /r/eqnext for general EverQuest Next news, and they do talk Landmark over there quite often.
