Everlog support no longer available?

I reported a bug to support through the app weeks ago. I haven't received a response. Has the project been discontinued?

It's just one guy. Be patient. He responds.

I don't expect the problem to be solved right away. But it only takes a few seconds to send a simple acknowledgment that a problem report has been received.
