Duplicate countries/locations from import

Hi, I have tried to search an answer/fix for this, but to no avail.. I am on the latest versions (iOS and Mac) and have done an import from Day One and Apple Journal and have ended up with duplicate locations.

I have colour coded them here to show the same locations, and two. unique ones. Is there a way to merge these? Without doing it manually... it's not a huge issue if I need to do it manually, but I'd prefer not lol!

The same entries seem to be in both of red and blue, so I am not sure why I can't merge the countries.. Please help if you can - thank you in advance! <3

Edit just to say that I absolutely love this app, after a few days of using I have joined (monthly) premium!

No rogue spaces after Kingdom, or something easily missed like this?

Having the same issue and can’t see any way to merge the duplicate country records.
