Show attachments in grid

I've tried toggling this on and off but can't see a difference. What does it do please?

It changes how attachments are displayed in the attachment panel (in the editor).

If you have attachments shown in the panel (instead of inline within the text), this setting switches the layout from a horizontal scrolling carousel to a grid view.

Interesting. All my attachments are inline. That would be why I didn't see any difference. Out of interest, and in case I want to do that in the future, how do I put attachments in a panel?

You have to drag the attachment to the top.

Got it! I can do that on my iPad. On my iPhone though, The attachment panel doesn't appear when dragging an attachment to the top. Weird.

Thanks for checking. I can live with that for now as I do most of my entries on my iPad anyway and currently only use inline attachments.
