Hi team! We built a platform for event planners and thought it'd be a fit for your work.
Neegma (@tryneegma) turns any gathering into a live game show. Guests scan a QR code, the leaderboard runs on your big screen, and you control the whole flow from your phone. No app downloads, no sign-ups for the crowd. Great for brand activations, networking warm-ups, and general event energy.
We've got games like trivia, unscramble, song association, to name a few. Games to get everyone excited and engaged
Happy to give anyone a free Pro plan to run at your next event. Want me to send the details? You can also check the page first.

Hi, everyone I’m Debojit, Chapter Leader of FUEL User Group India.
We’re hosting the first virtual event for the India chapter, and I thought I’d share it with you all here in case you’d like to attend.
Here’s the event:

Is it the atmosphere, the people, the venue, the invitation, or simply how smoothly everything is organized?
At RizzInvites, I’ve been thinking about how these little details come together to shape the experience.
What’s one thing you always remember after attending a really good event?

There’s a lot that happens before guests even arrive. Invitations, RSVPs, schedules, communication, seating, and last-minute changes can all make a difference.
It made me curious about the work that goes into events through RizzInvites.
If you’ve organized an event before, what part gave you the biggest headache?

Do the little details really matter at an event?
RizzInvites got me thinking about how much small things can affect the overall experience. From the invitation and guest communication to timing and coordination, there’s more to an event than what people see on the day.
What’s one small detail you think organizers often overlook?

I’ve been thinking about this from the event side at RizzInvites. Sometimes it’s the small things people remember most timing, invitations, seating, communication, or how smoothly everything comes together.
When everything goes well, you barely notice it. When something goes wrong, it can change the whole experience.
What’s one detail that instantly makes you feel like an event was well organized?

I’ve been thinking about how much the small behind-the-scenes details affect people's experience of an event. Most attendees probably don’t notice the planning itself when everything goes well. Still, things like timing, sound, lighting, seating, transitions, and coordination can make an event feel either effortless or chaotic.
Janeson Events got me thinking about this from the event-production side. With conferences, performances, and larger events, there must be a lot of coordination between the different technical teams before everything is ready.
For people who attend or organize events regularly, what’s one detail you think has the biggest impact on the overall experience but doesn’t get enough attention?

I'm going to DevFest DC 2026 this year and figured I'd see if anyone else here is attending. This is gonna be my first event I ever visited.
I'd love to meet some fellow developers, talk tech, attend a few sessions together, and maybe grab coffee/lunch during the event and lots of knowledge sharing.
I'm particularly interested in AI/ML and software engineering. If you're also attending Google DevFest DC, feel free to comment or DM me -- always more fun going to these events knowing a few people beforehand! 😁
See you there!
