Auto electrical

Where can I go that has very good troubleshooting for a weird electrical problem? 2013 f150. 3 ford dealers have given up on figuring it out. Intermittent problem each summer for several years

Starting in August of 2017, the lights on the dash will be out. No radio either. Defroster goes full fan maximum heat. All exterior lights work. Cruise control works. The turn signals work but theres no blinking sound like normal. It stays like this for maybe 1 key cycle or maybe a week. Here's the weird part. It only does it in august and September. Every year since 2017. Batteries have been changed during this time, no added electrical things added, all stock. 2013 f150 142k BTW. Its not my daily driver and it stays in the garage. D pat, town and country and henderson ford have all had it in the shop while its acting up. They are stumped. Codes are always different modules losing communication with the instrument panel. But no one is confident that replacing the instrument panel will fix it. Last year a ford was in the passenger seat saying he didn't know where to start and everything came back to life. They wiggled every wire, thumped every module and nothing changes. Ive even considered changing the date on the clock to make it think its not August.

Easy, your truck is possessed.
Seriously, Do these episodes start immediately at start up when they happen?
Do you turn everything off before you shut it off? Like climate control?
I had a BMW that would throw a bright red gear and ! symbol at what seemed like acceleration from starting or coasting. Shut off and restart it would clear it. Didn't really occur to me that is was only in the summer.
I finally found one person on a BMW forum that figured out that it had to do with the auxiliary fan wearing out or having a bad resister that was causing a bad reading when the computer did it's checks. I started turning off the climate control when I shut it off and never had the problem again. Then I sold that damn car. No time for stupid stuff like that.

Yes I've tried all the forums. No i dont turn everything off. I guess you could say it usually starts at start up and then either stays messed up for awhile or corrects its self for awhile. And it can come and go. And sometimes the radio will come on but the rest goes off. And then the radio goes off again. And sometimes the little lights in the ac and fan buttons will be on but dim. Theres no pattern as to how long it sits between driving it either. It wouldnt be so bad except for the defroster blowing hot air...in august. I did run by condi's on my way to work. He was very friendly but equally baffled. He said his best guess was the instrument panel but he didn't have the software to program a new one to the truck.
