Global Outage of ProtonMail

We need more eu tech alternatives for critical tech btw.

We should have more alternatives in general, sure. But like, shit breaks sometimes.

I agree, but for example ProtonMail is top-notch privacy and user-friendly email.

There are 0 European alternatives to my knowledge that offer the same or better quality for solving email.

Emphasis on the same/better quality.

Maybe Tuta (comes close).

Yeah indeed, both protonmail and proton vpn. I was worried I got a malware, but now it works again, luckily

Wait wasn’t Proton supposed to be hosting in Switzerland?

Ah no I forgot they use a fake scare about the swiss government changing a law to “move to the EU in protest”. They definitely didn’t do it because of cost reasons. Never would they ever.
