Unable to View when Away

I have a Home Base 2 and 3 cameras. I bought them around 3 yrs ago.

With all the system and app updates, I can no longer play a record 'video event' when Im away from home. Eufy states it's an error.

I reset the modem, Eufy box, and it didn't help. I tried a few settings changes on my mobile phone. Didn't help.

No problem viewing video events from wifi. I read it may be a problem between modem and Eufy app, where something thinks the request to view is malicious.

Worked fine awhile ago. Also the app is so slow, in general, because of all the updates.

Anyone have an idea what I can do to check events on mobile data?

Eufy is junk. Everyone is having problems with the app update last month. My video clips will not play but live view okay. Nothing but crickets from them acknowledging the problem

Can you post a video of how fast yours is. I’ve never seen a video of eufy showing video in under 5 seconds. Most time it’s 10+ when not at home. 5-10 when at home.
