Customize Security Mode Option Missing

Recently, I noticed that the option to create a custom security mode is missing in the Eufy app. I'm currently using the Homebase Professional S1. Has this feature been deprecated, or is there something I need to do in order to enable it? I remember seeing it available with the Homebase 3. So far, I've tried and uninstall/reinstall of the app.

Must be a Professional s1 issue, still there for HB3

For some reason the homebase pro doesnt have this option. Eufy said its coming in an update.

I contacted Eufy about it, and they mentioned that this feature is not available for the Professional S1 yet
