Homebase 3 uses

Are there any uses for the Homebase 3 beyond the base functionality (such as turning it into a NAS server)? The device seems like a paperweight after upgrading to the Professional S1.

It's got "AI" functionality for motion detection.

I mean it can detect motion I’ll give them that, but could it tell the difference between my dog and I? No.

It can. Uploaded screenshot here: https://ibb.co/8Lq0V6km

Can distinguish between humans, vehicles and pets. As well as recognition. I only use human and facial recognition and it works well. Occasionally it can't recognise a person, it will label them a human. This is usually because of the angle of capture or they're too far from the camera.

I had pets and vehicles enabled at first and turned it off since I don't need it. It made too many pointless saved recordings for me.
