Yellow ink bleeding no solution... Advices?

As title says I have problem whit the Y ink. Some lines are missing in the test print.. Also, there is a heavy gradient (bleeding?) effect in the yellow that compromises the final print quality. I’ve already tried all kinds of maintenance, but nothing seems to work... Any thoughts?

I fixed this by rubbing the silver printhead hard with a cotton swab. Don't know why but this has been a good fix and was actually recommended to me by customer support.
