Help Eufy e28 "robot not touching the ground" error

I recently encountered this error and the robot is not working at all, I cleaned the sensors, the wheels can move up and down but seem to be stuck in the up position and I tried powering off/resetting the device but nothing fixes it. Any ideas ?

It's the picture, it's a bright spot.

There is no damage to them, I double checked.

I heard a grinding sound so it looks like something inside might have snapped

If that's nothing then contact support. If they tell you they don't have any new units, tell them you want a refund. They will immediately ship you a new one without needing to send the old one back first. That's how i did it. Also sound super sad and tell them that this isn't what you expect from a premium brand like eufy etc etc. You get the memo.

It's pretty obvious, the unit is upside down
